The Row Private Sale 2023
my experience, timeline, a haul, sample sale etiquettes, and tips for next year
The most anticipated sample sale of the year, The Row Private Sale, is HERE. I went EARLY on the first public opening day (Wednesday, October 25th) and managed to get a bag and a pair of shoes! I was in the early morning wave, and my wait to get in the sale was almost 7 hours. Shoes and ready-to-wear (RTW) WERE 75% off, and bags were 70% off. There’s a decent selection of shoes, but slim on bags and RTW. No belts. Some socks, scarves, and underwear. Men’s and kid’s selection was slim.

I got 3 pairs of shoes and a bag for the price of one thing retail. 80% off, and the stock was so much better last year! For higher priced items, the 5% really matters. My wait was 4 hours, and I remembered I didn’t even show up as early and waited that long compared to this year. Lots of people I talked to left very disappointed this year.
