Planning my wedding guest looks
my outfit-planning thought process + why I won't be shopping at Reformation
I’m flying back to Minnesota for my cousin’s wedding the first weekend of September, so I want to share with you my thought process and what I do to plan for the outfits that I want to wear or will be wearing for the festivities. I’d suggest giving yourself about two weeks, one is for looking through your closet for options you’ve already had (re-wearing or wearing something you’ve never worn before), browsing and shopping for stuff online, and the other is for trying, styling, or doing any necessary exchanges or returns before leaving for your trip.

I’m building my looks based around the two pairs of heels that I have but never worn before. I do have some dresses as accessories as back-ups, but I want to buy and wear at least one new dress this time. It also just happens to be around the time when I’m making some edits to my jewelry collection. If you watch this Sunday vlog 17, you’d see!
